How do we do this ?

We start by not charging a finders fee like almost every other company. We only charge you a start up fee of £120, this enables us to set up and register your file and allows you to start receiving up to date information about investment properties that are on or are coming to the market throughout the North East area, each property that you instruct us to act upon is at the fixed rate of £99.

What do you get for your £99

You get a one-to-one service from one of our experienced Portfolio Managers
Your Portfolio Manager will arrange and attend viewings/auctions on your behalf saving you time and money on travel/fuel etc.

During viewings a PCR (Property Condition Report) will be carried out by us to inform you of the actual condition of the property.
A full Written quotation for all work required will also be given so that you know what you will be paying in order to get the named property turned around and back on the market or rented out to start getting that all important return on investment.
No wasting time by shopping around for quotes from different trades as a full quotation will be given and all building and renovation work is carried out by our own team of time served tradesmen.
We aim to complete the renovation/development in four to six weeks.
